She brings advance knowledge in European affairs, International relations, EU diplomacy, Eastern Partnership democratization, diaspora as civil society as well as qualitative methodology and interviewing. Her areas of expertise vary across thematic areas such as EU Institutions, Good Governance, Open Government, Citizen Engagement, Human Capital Development/Capacity Building & Training, Education, Community Development, Migration and Brain Drain, Research and Development, Innovation & Futuristic Thinking.

Dorina has 4+ years in problem-based teaching & learning, 5+ networked learning, 4+ coaching, mentoring & trainer experiences.

She has advance research skills and high academic rigour in delivering policy papers, briefs, analysis, commentaries, stakeholder mapping, market research products.
