Community of Experts

Our vibrant community of experts is partly based in Vienna, and partly distributed across the globe.

We are still a small community, who bring together years of professional expertise and experiences, from monitoring to end of project evaluations, project management, facilitation of reflection and learning, managing multi-stakeholder platforms, capacity building based on learner-centered approaches and frameworks, research and analysis, public policy among others.

We bring the element of co-creation of solutions together with our partners, by starting from a clear mapping of the context, needs and desired outcomes. Each solution that we offer is tailored to the specific level of organizational or project development (done through a comprehensive organizational development assessment, rubrics, and indicators to determine the status quo of each component), we look into the resources available and the overall context the projects or organizations ‘navigate’ in.

We identify areas that could be improved, with focus on efficiency in the use of resources and increased competitiveness. We depart from strategic goals and the longer term vision (Theory of Change), use the data for forecasting, set the right targets using the right baseline data, along with constructing and deconstructing the problems. Sustainability is key for us, that is why our generated solutions are tested/piloted with partner organizations, be it as part of capacity building, retreats or demo workshops for managers/senior and junior staff, as well as for key organizational stakeholders.

We worked in countries such as Colombia, Austria, USA, Turkey, Sweden, Kuwait, others.
