Dr Fahad received his PhD (Doctor of philosophy in international relations) from university of wales of Saint David's UK. He has done his BS from university of Kuwait and MPA from University of Dayton (USA). He taught at Kuwait University for several years in the department of politics and commercial collage. Recently, he had several academic visit to university of Oxford , Keel university UK . The Arab Open University Business School. Branch of UK in Kuwait. Recently he is a member of the board of technical university of Munich in Kuwait branch of German university under establishment.

Dr Fahad Established New Theory entitle, Twenty –Three Ways To develop Modern Management by Model C .which consists of twenty-three ways both technical and behavioral that can be solid foundation for business leaders, and as managerial pragmatic method used in modern management particularly when there is a profound belief from the side of specialists in management. So this model can be as paradigm for more development and creating new vistas for researchers and specialists. Toward creating sustainable business in a scientific approach to be applied. These elements include interdisciplinary way include information system ,technology and computer science and other related disciplines.
