Dana is an idea hunter, founder & sales exec originally from Moldova. She is passionate about fearless coaching. She helps founders to empower their teams to sell more effectively. Her newest role as Head of Nordics at Plan A is helping to decarbonise organisations in the Nordics.

She is a founder at heart. Dana launched the first online HR community in Moldova and the global mentorship program, MentorMe.

Dana focused on impact at Facebook, Google, Next Jump, UNICEF, the Government of Moldova, the Royal Society of Arts, The QED Group, The Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs, etc.

She did her MA in Creative & Media Enterprises at the University of Warwick. Also studied at AESM & Bard College.

Dana is fluent in Romanian, English, Russian and Italian.
