Alexandru Manoli is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in civil society and democracy-supporting organizations. With a background in Political Science and International Relations, Alexandru Manoli has managed a variety of projects focused on capacity building, disinformation counteraction, and diaspora engagement. Most recently, he has been involved in strengthening Moldovan institutions against disinformation campaigns, working closely with government entities such as the State Chancellery and the

Centre for Strategic Communication.

As Senior Program Officer at the International Republican Institute in Moldova, Alexandru Manoli led several high-impact projects funded by the National Endowment for Democracy and USAID, including voter outreach campaigns and diaspora mobilization efforts during the 2020 and 2021 elections.
